Media Trading Manager
This position supports Trading Directors by managing day-to-day relationships and negotiations with media partners and assisting in delivering top-tier campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing strong ties with media partners, implementing effective media buying strategies, managing reporting systems, collaborating with account teams, and optimizing budgets for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with media partners to develop trading models and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with Trading Directors to devise and execute media buying strategies across offline and online channels, negotiating rates with media partners.
- Manage reporting systems to ensure accurate data delivery, handle client productivity reports, and maintain documentation related to media buys.
- Work with account teams to understand campaign objectives and demographics, assisting in developing media plans aligned with marketing strategies.
- Liaise with account teams to address business challenges and support client deliverables, fostering collaboration and promoting trading discipline.
- Effectively manage budgets to maximize campaign impact, monitoring spending efficiency and ROI optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging advertising opportunities, identifying new avenues for engagement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with offline and digital media suppliers and media account teams.
- Minimum 3 years of media trading experience in both offline and online media.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Statex, with experience working on multinational TV accounts.
- Deep understanding of media buying strategies and data analysis across diverse media types.
- Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and ad creative production processes.
- Experience with A/B testing, performance measurement, and bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
