Learning Coordinator Specialist
We are seeking a Learning Coordinator Specialist to enhance our Learning Operations team, someone who is agile, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. In this role, you will actively contribute to the implementation of operational processes associated with the company's learning programs and services, with a keen focus on delivering outstanding customer service to our employees and optimizing service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in an international environment, collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and will play a pivotal role in maintaining a strong team spirit.
- Proven experience in learning operations or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Major accountabilities :
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to address operational needs and define requirements for learning programs.
• Organize program information, track progress, and manage projects within set timelines and budget.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, coaches, and suppliers, overseeing contracting and scheduling services.
• Track request data for accurate budgeting, contracting, and cross-charging processes.
• Ensure precise tracking of learner data and operational metrics to demonstrate program success.
• Strictly adhere to departmental policies and procedures, maintaining operational consistency. • Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistent program execution.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and implement recommendations for optimization.
• Promptly identify and resolve operational problems, implementing effective solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of learning operations.
